1 class down -- a billion to go..
I finished my first class, professional skills development. For those keeping score, I received a 99.1% A. My next class is Unix/Linux. I am very much looking forward to this class. I hope it is a more advanced class as an introductory to Unix/Linux would be very boring... Time will tell.
Google Hacking UAT
About Google
The Google search engine can be found at http://www.google.com. Google is arguably the best search engine on the entire Internet. Google deploys technology known as crawlers or googlebots. The googlebots probe the Internet to index and cache everything visible to the web space. With a few tips and tricks, Google will locate lots of information that many webmasters wish to keep secret.
Using Google
Most users are unaware of the power of Google’s search engine. Google has a special set of search query features called operators. Operators allow you to submit special searches to enable you to better target the desired information. The use of advanced operators is very simple as long as attention is given to the syntax. The basic format is: operator:search_term. Below is a list of the common operators and their functions.
2nd Week
Everything is smooth sailing so far. I will be doing my research paper on "Google Hacking". I think this is a great topic that everyone can sink their teeth into even if they do not consider themselves "hackers" or "geeks". Afterall, everyone uses Google.
First week
My first class is called PRO102. (Professional Skills Development)
It is going well so far. Im only 3 days into it and I have already been assigned a research paper. I have to write a paper on a topic that pertains to my major, network defense. It should be easy to write about since I love the topic so much. When I finish it, I will post it here.

My Experience At UAT
Well, school started this week. I am excited about the chance to attend UAT.
I decided to create this webpage to chronicle my time here. So, check back often as I hope to make it interesting..
